CARE AND USE OF THE SLEEP CRYSTAL
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROCEDURE BELOW MUST BE FOLLOWED EVERY DAY EXACTLY LINE BY LINE OTHERWISE YOUR SLEEP CRYSTAL WILL NOT ALWAYS WORK
Upon taking delivery of your SLEEP CRYSTAL the crystal needs to be cleansed as below. When this procedure has been completed place your SLEEP CRYSTAL under your pillow when you are about to go to bed. Lay with your head on the pillow and remove all thoughts from your mind. You must then try to visualise the Crystal and to “tune in to it” with such thoughts as “I will have a restful and peaceful nights sleep” or meditate with the Crystal. When we're asleep we're both physically and emotionally more receptive to the energy of crystals. We're also much more deeply connected to our intuitive wisdom and healing power. Thus crystals can do some very special work while our eyes are closed. When you learn to master the process of “tuning in” peaceful sleep will follow. You will have to cleanse your Crystal at least once a week by holding it under running water.Alternatively the Crystal can be immersed in a bowl of sea water if available or a 30% solution of sea salt and spring water for approximately 7 hours..It is important that you imagine that any negativity in the Crystal is being washed away while you are doing this. Your Crystal should then be left to dry in the sun so that it will re energise itself for a minimum of four hours. Do not dry the Crystal and by placing it on a piece of tissue paper will help the natural drying process. Thereafter keep your Crystal in the bag provided during use and it will also protect it when not in use. |
