Under the terms of the trading policy if in the unlikely event that you want to return the SLEEP CRYSTAL back to us we will be deducting the following costs that we have incurred and the costs that we will incur.

These costs are postage and packing, company administration incurred; initial crystal programming, restocking costs and crystal cleansing these currently stand at £7.00.

We will therefore only be able to refund £2.99 for the SLEEP CRYSTAL & BAG.

In order that you can return the SLEEP CRYSTAL& BAG to us, the following procedure must be adhered to.

The Returns Form must be filled in from the Website and goods returned with the form and the SLEEP CRYSTAL by registered post to us in the original packaging.
