Your Legal Rights:

• Uk law gives you 7 (seven) working days to change your mind and cancel an order. There are exceptions to this rule.
• Cancellation MUST be performed in writing or by fax or electronic mail.
• Seven working days from date of goods received, goods may be returned
• The Sleep Crystal must be returned with the bag in the original packaging by Royal Mail Recorded delivery within 7 working days.
• We will repay only £2.99 of your purchase price (as explained in the Online Shop) within 30 days from the date that the goods are returned to us provided that our Terms and Conditions have been adhered to.
• faulty goods must be notified to the company within 24 hours “by mail or fax”
• In the event of any price change existing orders to be fulfilled at price at time of purchase

Returns Procedure:

1. goods to be returned must be packaged in original packaging
2. goods to be returned must be accompanied by full description of reason for return . (form can be downloaded from website)
3. upon receipt of goods in agreed condition replacements/refunds will be actioned as to standard compant procedures.

• Any details we collect from you will not be passed on to any third party (other than Pay Pal for online payments) and we do not keep customers data on file
